Proceeds from this event support efforts such as Imagination Library, Wild About Kindergarten Bags, 1000 Books Before Kindergarten and more!
The evening includes: fabulous purses, silent auction, delicious food, ladies' night out and an investment in early childhood education! The 2016 Power of the Purse event is scheduled for 6:00pm on Tuesday, April 26th at the Ramada Inn, Marshall.
With your support, Women United for Early Childhood will continue to make a difference in the lives of children and families living in Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, Yellow Medicine and portions of Cottonwood, Lac qui Parle, Nobles and Redwood counties of Minnesota. Now, more than ever, we need to invest in our youngest citizens!

Women of Hope
Women of Hope is an opportunity for Christian women to come together to hear dynamic speakers, meet other Christian women, and learn more about Hope Harbor. Hope Harbor is a Christ-centered residential home located in Marshall where teen girls who are making unhealthy, destructive choices come live for approximately one year for healing and restoration. Hope Harbor is offering four fantastic and unique events to those who join Women of Hope. All events will be held in Marshall between May 2016 and February 2017. Event 1-- May 12th, Tea and Testimonials; Hear testimonials from the girls of Hope Harbor while enjoying tea and cupcakes. Special guest Karen Anderson will also share her message of Hope. Event 2--Aug. 20th, Sip and Swap Garden Party; Bring a gently used item (categories-Yard/Garden, Home Decor, and Accessories) to donate to a silent auction. Enjoy the flowers in bloom while sipping lemonade or coffee and bid on your favorite items. Event 3 -Oct. 29th, Celebration of Hope dinner; Celebrate the ministry of Hope Harbor with an elegant dinner of fine food and fellowship. Event 4--Feb. 2017 Hope in Heels Night Out; date to be determined. The fee to join Women of Hope is only $100 and you can attend all four events.
