From Concrete Vinyl to Channel Letters & Window Graphics
Looking good is the name of the game in the sports clothing industry. If it doesn't sizzle, nobody buys it. The same is true with signage. Technosport recently moved their warehouse from Richmond to Burnaby and turned to Signarama Richmond to make them look good in their new location.
"Signarama did an excellent job", says Technosport General Manager Ray Messina. "They took care of all the details and it could've been quite complicated had they not been so experienced."
Several years earlier Technosport had opted to have their stylish logo applied to their Richmond warehouse outer wall with textured surface concrete vinyl, a very straight-forward and cost effective approach. Essentially, vinyl specially-formulated to cling to concrete was computer-cut to exactly match Technosport's brand. Then the vinyl was applied to the concrete with heat to create a strong bond.
Concrete graphics are highly visible and are a great way to advertise a company or product. They can be mounted to walls or even sidewalks making them highly effective due to the fact that people look where they walk. There is no risk of slipping on the graphics as they have a rigid, non-skid surface. Signarama Richmond's expert team of designers can customize the perfect concrete graphic and apply it to any smooth or rough surface, giving the appearance that it is in fact painted on. Those concrete vinyl graphics remained on the outside wall at Technosport for about 3 years, facing west and taking the full brunt of the late afternoon sun. "They still looked great when we moved out!" said Messina.
