A local organization looking to teach young adults the skills they need to build a better life crossed paths in this small world with Bruttell Roofing. It wasn't just by coincidence; we were looking for a source for roofing labor. We had already thought reaching out to our local community might be a good idea. We had no idea HOW good.

Our training included roofing basics, installation techniques, and safety. We also talked a lot about what it meant to be accountable in the world today. The result has been more than we could have hoped for.
