Fairy Godmothers, as a general rule, do not repair roofs. It may have to do with the required insurance, or possibly some stipulation of the Godmothers' Union, we don't know, but when Cinderella's glass slipper skids across a puddle on the ballroom floor, she calls in the professionals.
