 The Bella Luna Restaurant and Milky Way Lounge, the Harpoon Brewery, Salmagundi for Ladies and Gents and Kangol are teaming up to Pass the Hat for The Angel Fund on Wednesday, December 4th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The event will be held at the Bella Luna Restaurant and Milky Way Bar at 284 Amory Street in Jamaica Plain and will raise funds for ALS research at the Cecil B. Day Laboratory for Neuromuscular Research. Guests can enjoy gourmet pizza and pints of Harpoon IPA or 100 Barrel select poured by guest bartenders: - Walter Bentson, guest of honor

- Boston Beer Brewer Dean Giancostas.
The evening will also feature a display of paintings and drawings by acclaimed artist Juan Perez. Live music will be provided by Sara Colb and the Sagamore James Band, Justin Emile, & Hotel Motel. Get ready for the night by purchasing your Kangol hat at Salmagundi in Jamaica Plain and dress "London Style or wear your own! A suggested donation of $20 per person is encouraged. For the 10th year, hundreds of baseball players, umpires and guests joined together to raise money for ALS research and The Angel Fund.
Walter Bentson, Chief Umpire and organizer was at the game directing the players for all 36 hours!

WALK OF HOPE FOR ALS

Over 800 walkers and family member joined us at the 12th Annual Walk of Hope for ALS in Wakefield.
It was a great day that started with the annual release of doves in memory those who have lost their courageous battle with ALS and in honor of those who are living with the disease.
