This is one of Chef Ben's favorite time of the year. After being limited in his selection of ingredients all winter, the Spring marks the return of delicious fresh ingredients from our farmer partners that have been growing select veggies in greenhouses. Early spring marks the return of fiddleheads, ramps, morels, baby carrots and more. So stop by for all the great new flavors that are making their way onto our menu. We've establisheda hard-earned reputation for bringing you the absolutely freshest produce from local farms, including our very own garden at the Healthy Starts Community Garden in Mansfield. This Spring and Summer we are going to get even more local. In fact.... we are going HYPER-LOCAL ! Watch for construction to begin shortly out in the plaza in front of our patio. In partnership with Patriot Place, you'll see the beginning of Tastings' Tower Garden where we will be growing produce, herbs and flowers just steps from Chef Lacy's kitchen. Stay tuned for more new and details on this exciting new development at Patriot Place.
