The holidays always find us in a bit of a sentimental and thankful mood, especially so this year. We are into our fifth year of operations here at Tastings and frankly cannot believe it. We've learned so much over the past 4+ years, but none more important than doing things right takes time and a never-ending attention to detail. We hope that we are we are providing an experience and atmosphere that you, your family, friends and colleagues have come to enjoy. Hospitality is something we deeply believe in and go out of our way to encourage by hiring innately hospitable employees that truly care about the service they deliver to you at Tastings.

We know we are not always perfect and don't always get things just right, but as the only independent, family-owned establishment at Patriot Place, please know that we are continually trying to make your meal at Tastings truly unique and memorable. Whether it's the relationships we have forged with local farmers; the fact that the chickens we serve are cage-free; the fact that our fish arrives fresh each day from day boat fishermen; that we grow much of our own produce in partnership with a local community garden; or that we focus on wines with interesting stories and passionate vintners... it is all done with YOU in mind. To bring you a singularly excellent dining experience that will create a lasting memory of good times with good people.
