President Obama Wins Wisconsin & Re-Election
Four years ago President Barack Obama won Wisconsin by the largest margin of any presidential candidate in 40 years ( Johnson received 62% of the voter in 1964), winning 60 of the state's 72 counties, and defeating US Sen. John McCain by over 400,000 votes and garnering 14% more of the vote. At around 8:30 pm tonight, FOX News and NBC projected that President Obama would win Wisconsin. And at 10:45 with 63% of Wisconsin precincts reporting, President Obama has a 5% lead in WI, 52% to 47% over Governor Mitt Romney. Nationally, with Florida, Virginia, Nevada and Alaska still not called yet, President Obama is projected to receive at least 284 electoral votes, more than the 270 necessary to win the presidency, to Governor Romney's 203. Exit polling released tonight, provided the following insight into Wisconsin voters: Gender:- Male -51% Romney
- Female- 57% Obama
Race: - White - 51% Romney
- Black- 94% Obama
- Hispanic - 67% Obama
Age: - 18-29: 60% Obama
- 30-44: 51% Obama
- 45-64: 51% Obama
- 65+: 52% Romney
Ideology: - Liberal: 90% Obama
- Moderate: 61% Obama
- Conservative: 85% Romney
Do you think the nation's economy is Excellent/Good or Not so good/poor?
- Excellent/Good: Obama 93%
- Not so good/Poor: Romney 65%

Below for comparison are the last Pollster & Real Clear Politics estimates for comparison to the final results. Pollster Estimate: The Pollster estimate has remained largely static over the last two weeks, with Pres. Obama hovering right around the 50% mark and Governor Romney three to four points behind. Below is the current estimate on their chart.

US House of Representatives
The current make up of the US House of Representatives is 241 Republicans and 194 Democrats. A party needs 218 seats to control the House. All of the news networks reported around 9:00 PM WI time that Republicans will maintain control of the House of Representatives. Freshman Congressmen Sean Duffy (WI-7th) and Reid Ribble (WI-8th) Re-elected:In the only two competitive congressional races in Wisconsin both Republican Congressmen Duffy and Ribble are projected to win re-election.
