Plan a Lavish Wedding without Breaking the Bank
Wedding on a budget

A gala wedding with food, friends, fun and frolic will not burn a hole in your pocket, only if planned tactfully. We understand that a marriage is one of the most important event in one's life and there is no way you would compromise. Host a grand affair without a back breaking expenditure by embracing these money-saving tricks and chucking away that rulebook.

Head Count
Make your wedding a private affair. Do not extend invitations to everyone that you have met in the last twenty five years of your life. Inviting acquaintances over Facebook seems like an appealing idea but remind yourself that you have to control the guest list. It is not just about the budget but also this ceremony must be celebrated with only those who matter.

Food Fabulous
You do not have to lay the global cuisine on the table. Rather, choose the menu wisely by getting the caterer to understand your requirements. Explain to the caterer the kind of crowd you are expecting, their tastes and preferences as well. Also, you can skip the starters as people anyway enjoy the main course more than anything else.

Pocket Bar
Serving alcohol at the wedding is a good idea to keep the people entertained. But, it is not mandatory to flash labels and expensive liquor. Stick to basics like beer, wine and champagne. Show off a variety of drinks at the bar by spinning up a few signature cocktails and also adding non-alcoholic beverages.

Ensure a perfect gourmet feast for your guests
Gourmet Feast

Food is certainly the most important ingredient of a successful wedding bash.

People might forget what you wore and how you looked but chances are that they will always remember how the food tasted. Choose a caterer with passion. Begin by understanding that every wedding is as unique as the bride & groom and there is no right or wrong. Just consider the following things before zeroing down on the catering company:

1. Guest Profile and Preferences- Keep in mind the age, religious sentiments and health concerns of your guests. For example- choose a mild menu if you have a lot of older people in the crowd. Younger people will love to experiment with adventurous options. Remember to have a good assortment of seafood and vegetarian dishes for health-conscious ones.

2. Variety is the spice- Our taste buds have truly evolved. Serving up just a curry is no longer an option. Opt for a spread of international cuisine. Find a caterer who can give you delectable dishes that include not only North and South Indian food but a mix of Lebanese, Mexican, Italian, Chinese and more.

3. Experience is the key- It is important to learn about the kind of events the company has handled in the past. This experience will ensure that they can deal with difficult situations if the need arises. Do a background check to know the standard they strive to maintain in terms of the quality of cutlery and ingredients.

Bollywood Weddings in 2013
Bollywood Weddings 2013

Year 2012 was a buzz with many Indian celebrities getting hitched. Now let's just hope Bollywood can ring in the new year with just as many wedding bells.

Let's take a look at all the blooming love stories that can possibly turn into marriage.

SOHA ALI KHAN & KUNAL KHEMU
The unconventional and unquestionably the most steady couple of Bollywood must settle down now. The time is ripe since Soha's Nawabi brother just got married too. They have been dating for the last three years and have been living together for quite some time. This confirms that Sharmila Ji has also approved the relationship, so what exactly are they waiting for?

RANI MUKHERJEE & ADITYA CHOPRA
Rumours of their secret marriage have reached the entire nation and they have also been spotted vacationing together. Some reports also say they had to postpone their marriage due to the sudden demise of Yash Ji else they would have tied the knot last December. Now, we can only hope they find the right time to seal their relationship forever.

UDAY CHOPRA & NARGIS FAKHRI
Much like his elder brother, Uday is also hiding his real relationship status behind the 'just friends' tag. Nargis and Uday have been seen together many times but they always shut down any rumours of them being in a relationship. Last we heard, Rani Mukherjee does not favour this relationship and does not like Nargis. We hope rock star Nargis finds a way to impress the Chopra clan fast so it's a happy ending for all.

Most Eligible Bachelors In B-Town
Bollywood Eligible Bachelors

These B-town boys are known for their dashing looks and glamorous style. They easily raise the temperatures on the silver screen and when they hit the red carpet. Not only are these hunks fun, flirty and famous but they are the most eligible bachelors in the film industry at the moment.

Let's take a look at our line-up of Bollywood's hottest men:

Rockstar Ranbir Kapoor

He dated Deepika Padukone and is currently being linked to Katrina Kaif. But, if rumors are to be believed, his mom Neetu Singh is looking for an appropriate match that's out of the film industry. She thinks two people from the same profession cannot do justice to each other especially if it is the world of entertainment. It is said that she has told her friends and family to suggest some good girls for her son. While he is a self confessed mama's boy, we think there is no smoke without fire.

Dabanng Salman Khan

He is the most handsome and the most wanted bachelor who just refuses to settle down anytime soon. There is no dearth of women who are eagerly waiting to know the name of the lucky girl he would choose. After Aishwarya Rai and Katrina Kaif, it seems he is shying away from marriage. Shouldn't he be looking for someone outside the industry by now?

Cutesy Shahid Kapoor

He is quiet but is definitely a media favourite. After his sudden breakup with Bebo, he has been linked to almost every co-star he has worked with. But, he hasn't committed to anyone yet. Whether he is enjoying the flings or focusing on his career he is hottie to look out for!

Newbie Varun Dhawan

He has the surname and KJO's launchpad. But, what he hasn't told us is the name of the girl by his side. He shot to fame with his first movie with Alia Bhatt and will now be seen with Ileana D'Cruz. Though we can see some amazing onscreen pairings for this boy, hope he declares the name of the lead lady of his life as well.
