What's New on BindiBlogs |
A sutra is a short phrase or saying that encompasses a great teaching. Love is part romance, part decision, part curiosity and always evolving. These ancient wisdoms from the tradition of Kundalini Yoga always deliver the right message at the right time. I go through the list regularly to remind myself of the potential of transformation. Sometimes I forget one, and that's the one that holds my lesson. - Recognize that the other person is you.
- There is a way through every block.
- If the pressure is on you, start and the pressure will be off.
Love. Its what makes the world go round. Its the theme of songs, movies and life. Love is all there is in the end. And this Valentine's Day - I wanted to blog about love but more importantly, loving yourself. Instead of going into the reasons for why we must love ourselves and why its perhaps the most important thing you can do, I wanted to share some quotes I found on the subject. Accepting yourself for your uniqueness, qualities and flaws all the same, is the key to living a life full of love. Hope these quotes you to remember to love yourself first!

The book has Kareena's take on styling and has been published by Shobhaa De Books and Penguin India.
"When (writer Shobhaa) De called me for this book, I thought I might write a book when I'm 60. What if something more interesting happens 20 years later? But she said it was going to be a style diary."
