Homeowner Rewards Program
  
Peconic Estuary Program offers a Reward Program for homeowners who add rain gardens, native plantings and/or rain barrels to their properties. The program is available to homeowners in the towns of Southold, Riverhead, Southampton, East Hampton and Brookhaven.
