Sapsis Rigging, in its continuing mission to help make the entertainment workplace as safe as possible, has just completed fall arrest equipment installations at The Lerner Theatre, Elkhart Indiana and The Red Hat Amphitheater in the Raleigh Convention Center, Raleigh, NC.

At the Lerner Theatre SRI installed a horizontal lifeline on the loading bridge for the manual counterweight rigging system. The Lerner Theatre is used as a road house for local and national touring productions.
At the Red Hat Amphitheater SRI installed a series of horizontal lifelines on the truss structure. The Amphitheater is an outdoor shed venue and is used for concerts, festivals and special events. __________________________________________________________________

Uncle Bill's Travels
If you're interested in catching up with Uncle Bill this summer, you're going to need a passport. Bill will be speaking at PALME Asia in Singapore on July 17 & 18, ENTECH13 in Sydney, Australia on July 23, 24 & 25 and at CITT Rendez-vous 2013 in Calgary, Canada on August 17. If you are in the neighborhood please stop by and say hello.
 Speaking of passports, the Long Reach Long Riders annual charity ride is coming up on June 28th. The ride takes place in the Great Lakes region and will spend a day or so in Ontario. Hence the need for passports. You can read Bill's article on the history of the LRLR in the Spring issue of Protocol magazine. The magazine will hit the streets next week.
