Many tests that detect fetal anomalies are performed at or after the 20th week of pregnancy. Women would lose their ability to make their own, very personal decision about THEIR pregnancy. PENDING RE-INTRODUCTION.

HR 596 Repeal Affordable Care Act
This bill eliminates maternity care coverage along with insurance coverage for birth control. PASSED.
SB 219 Repeals Funding for Planned Parenthood
By repealing funding for Planned Parenthood, women across the country would be denied access to critical health care screening. Abortions are only about 3 percent of Planned Parenthood's provided services. INTRODUCED.
S.78 Pregnant Women Health and Safety Act
Abortion providers would need to have admitting privileges at local hospitals, a requirement that would not improve patient care but, instead, would set standards that are nearly impossible for providers to meet. The end result would be to make abortion services less available and impose standards on abortion providers that are not imposed on other outpatient providers. Abortion has a 99 percent safety record. The mortality rate associated with a colonoscopy is more than 40 times greater than that of abortions. INTRODUCED.

JOINT ACTION COMMITTEE FOR POLITICAL AFFAIRS (JACPAC) was founded more than 30 years ago, as the "pro-Israel PAC with a domestic conscience." JACPAC helps elect candidates to the U.S. Congress who believe in a strong U.S.-Israel relationship, the separation of religion and state, and reproductive rights. In addition to providing financial support, JACPAC maintains an ongoing dialogue with the candidates elected. This dialogue reasserts the importance of maintaining the special relationship between the United States and Israel and also upholding a social agenda in keeping with the core values of American Jewry.
