Arizona Congresswoman ANN KIRKPATRICK is facing Arizona House Majority Leader Andy Tobin who proudly led the anti-gay legislation that would have legalized discrimination against gays in Arizona. 

He thinks it's ok to discriminate. 

Now he wants to bring this thinking to Washington.
