Our Heavenly Father is up to something.
Or in the words of CS Lewis, 'He is on the move.'1 But then, He always is - up to something - in times like these.
On the one hand, Father is a ridiculously poor steward of His grace, mercy, forgiveness, love, and so on. He lavishly casts these about as if there is no limit on His supply. On the other hand, He is meticulously careful with every concern, question, and tear, never wasting a moment or any momentum.
In fact, He is thoughtful about our perspective, going so far as to journal about it. For example, Psalm 56:8 says, "You have taken account of my wanderings; Put my tears in Your bottle. Are they not in Your book?"

Developing Genuine Leaders

 True leaders are formed, not born. Leadership is demonstrated and grown and nurtured. In other words, leaders are developed.
They don't call it "human capital" for nothing. You are worth the investment and development and thoughtful care necessary to build your human capital.
None of us are designed to be islands. Even though we fancy ourselves independent, "one" is a lonely number. And, the greater the demand and expectation is on a leader, the more lonely life can be, which dramatically increases the risk of a mistake.
