The new functionality will save you the trouble of doing a change request and waiting until it's approved by the underwriter. Simply search for the certificate using Query/List, then click the Change Button. (If you've already printed the original, you may use Cancel/Replace to prevent the certificate from going into referral status).

We recommend that you preview the certificate on-screen (by using the Print Draft function) and review it for errors. Then you can make changes if needed before you print the original document. Note that you'll lose the shipment details unless you Confirm Booking or Save as Template after printing a draft.
