All of our current residential listings are located in quiet parts of the hills in the East Bay. Personally, we prefer living in a home closer to the hustle and bustle of life where we can walk to the theater, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Maybe even enjoy the sound of a siren or two throughout the week.
The younger generation prefers more activity around them and the more mature prefer peace and quiet. Some of us in between prefer a bit of both.
