Tuition Payments Due June 1       

 

Emery/Weiner's tuition payment process is completely paperless. Instead of filling out paperwork and mailing your payment, please read and accept the enrollment agreement, view the tuition schedule and make your payment exclusively online!

 

To get started, follow the instructions below. Tuition payments are due by
June 1, 2013
.

Online Tuition Payment Instructions:  

  1. Visit the Emery/Weiner homepage and click on the Online Enrollment & Tuition Payment Instructions.   
  2. Review the 2013-2014 Tuition Tables. Read the enrollment agreement and click "I Agree" at the bottom of the page to proceed with payment instructions.
  3. On the ePayment Portal page:
    1. Select your payment preference - ACH electronic check or credit card. Once you have made your selection, the same method must be used throughout the year (NOTE that there is a 2.5% non-refundable bank charge for payment with a credit card).
    2. Scroll down to the "Tuition/Fees Balance & Deposits" section and complete the required fields. You must select your payment plan.
    3. Review the "Enrollment and Tuition Payment Agreement" and indicate that you understand the terms of the agreement by checking the box below the agreement. 
    4. Hit continue.  
  4. On the next ePayment Portal page, you are given the chance to review your entries and go back to the previous page to make your changes, if any. Review the Refund Policy and indicate that you read and agree to the policy by checking the box below the policy. Hit continue.
  5. Complete your billing information as requested.
  6. Submit your payment information. You will receive an e-mail confirmation.    

Summer Camp Registration Forms Due Friday  Camp Jam  

 

The EWS Theater Camp is open to young people entering 5th - 8th grade. Led by a professional theatre staff, the camp will focus on acting, singing and dance skills, and will culminate in a final presentation for family and friends! Registration information here


EWS is proud to offer five athletic camps this summer, including camps for Football, Strength and Conditioning, Basketball and Volleyball. Registration forms can be found here.

Camp Jam is being held at EWS this year!  

 

New Health Forms for the 2013-14 school year are available online, and can be used for this year's summer camps, too. 

 

College Counseling News  

 

Keep up with the College Counseling Department with the  College Counseling Newsletter. There is only one test date left for the SAT and ACT. The regular registration deadlines have closed, but late registration is open until May 17. 

Junior parents, the college season is already beginning for you with a Junior Information Session with George Washington University on Monday, May 20.

Update Your Contact Information for the 2013-14 School Year!  

 

Please take the time log in to Edline before May 15 and verify your contact information is accurate. 


New fields have been added so please check your current information and provide any missing information.

 

*For current sixth grade parents, please add your Bar/Bat Mitzvah date.

 

Once you have logged in to Edline, click the directory link titled EWS Directory Update on the right side of the page (in the Links section) to verify and update your contact information (address, phone, email, etc.). This link will take you to a new screen with instructions on how to verify and/or update your information. 

 

If you do not see the link on the page, you might be logged in as a Student. Your contact information can only be updated by being logged into a Parent Edline account.

 

Please verify your information is accurate for the 2013-14 school year as well as the EWS Parent Directory, it's critical that you review it before May 15. If you are planning a move over the summer, please contact Joshua Blice.

Come to the EWS Book Fair and sit down with EWS Staff and Faculty for assistance in ordering textbooks for next year. Order new summer and fall textbooks online from MBS at the Book Fair - and before the bookstore officially opens on May 24. Order over $100 get free shipping!! Or trade, swap, sell or buy gentle used textbooks for your kid's next year!!  

The Book Fair won't be limited to textbooks... there will be stuff for kids to enjoy and events for parents too!   

Spirit Wear, Arts Showcase, Music...we have it ALL!  

Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream will be scooping some tasty treats too!  You will not want to miss this!
