Automatic Payment Calls for binder payments
Beginning April 30, 2015, Meritus is utilizing a trusted vendor to make outbound automated calls to our enrolled members who currently have not made their binder payment.
The automated system will advise them to make their binder payment if they wish to remain enrolled in the Meritus plan they selected. Information will be provided regarding how to pay online, how to mail in a payment, or given the option to speak to a Customer Care representative. If they choose the Customer Care option, they will be routed there immediately.
