Report/Case Study: DC Electro
DC Electro is an innovative start-up with a revolutionary idea for an electrical commuter bicycle. While looking for a rugged and weatherproof custom housing for their battery pack they came across ClickFold' s web site and realized that this was the solution they needed. They submitted a fast-quote on-line request and within days this project was underway. ClickFold is proud to have made a significant contribution to DC Electro's product development. Clickfold provided a viable alternative to thermo-forming or injection-molded parts at a fraction of the cost. Clint Wisely who lead the project at DC Electro greatly benefited from ClickFold' s ability to make design changes on the fly and we can't wait for the final product to hit the market.

NASA 's New Kitty Litter Box
NASA has just allowed pets to be kept on the International Space Station and awarded the contract to develop a suitable cat litter box to a ClickFold customer: OutofSightLitterBox.com. After careful research the engineers at OutofSightLitterbox concluded that only an aviation grade flame retardant polymer would satisfy NASA's rigorous specifications. They contacted ClickFold for a design consultation and a first prototype made from high-grade PC-ABS is undergoing feline testing at this time. OutofSightLitterBox and ClickFold Plastics are excited to see their product being launched into space via a Russian Sojuz spacecraft scheduled to deliver the first cat to the International Space Station in the fall of 2014.
Paul I. Pettys, CEO of Out of Sight Litter Box, Inc. does not recall this much excitement about his product since he sent a Presidential Litter Box to the White House during the Clinton administration - remember Boots the cat?!
