I hope your family enjoyed this past Labor Day weekend and that everyone is getting settled into the new school year!
After the last Nside was distributed, we received more news regarding the district's ACT college entrance scores for 2012. You should know that not only did the district's average score increase, it was the highest (tied with Edmond) of any district in the state with more than one high school. Moreover, Norman North was tied with Edmond North for having the highest average score of any traditional high school in Oklahoma and Norman High also posted among the highest score in the state. We are so proud of the hard work of our students and the dedication of the NPS faculty to ensure our graduates are college ready!
