Joe Louis Barrow, Jr receives DREAM All-Star Award
|
The First Tee of Greater Sacramento was very honored to have Joe Louis Barrow, Jr., CEO The First Tee, visit our chapter. Our Board of Directors met with Mr. Barrow, and together shared not only how The First Tee of Greater Sacramento is making a difference in the lives of young people, in our local schools, through outreach programs, and on the course, but also on a national level how The First Tee is making an impact on the lives of young people.
Alumna, Taryn Yee also came back to Sacramento to share her story of how The First Tee has made an impact on her life. We could not be more proud of the outstanding young lady and role model Taryn has become.
During the Kings and Spurs game, the Sacramento Kings awarded Mr. Barrow the 2016 DREAM All-Star Award.
