How do I know I am ready to receive a spiritual name?

Yogi Bhajan gave a spiritual name to anyone who requested one. "When a person asks for it - then he/she is ready." Most importantly, his timeless words resonated to all: "Everybody deserves an opportunity to change." This was his criteria which continues to this day.

Each year we celebrate the birthday of 3HO Foundation International with parties, pot lucks, meditations, and fun, always grateful for the love, the vision, and the legacy of Yogi Bhajan.

This year, for the first time, 3HO helped fund three children to go to Miri Piri Academy through the institution of 3HO Foundation Scholarship Awards.

In 2013 the Live to Give project was a contest - participants sent in short videos showing their seva projects. Videos were voted on and winners received grants and prizes including a free Summer Solstice pass!

Meals are included in the registration fee, and much of the food at solstice is organic. However, we've had overwhelming requests for more organic food at Solstice. To be grateful is to be "great" and to be "full." In Kundalini Yoga, the attitude of gratitude is the highest way of living. Having a sense of gratitude puts a person in touch with the preciousness of life.
