Immunisation Medical Exemption Form A new immunisation medical exemption form has now been published. The old forms will no longer be accepted and n otification of natural immunity will be required on the new form. Immunisation registers are now governed by the

Ingredients
Method
- Whisk the coconut oil, applesauce, egg, vanilla and maple syrup in a mug
- Stir in almond meal, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
- Place the chopped apple and walnuts on the top and microwave for 1 minute
- Let cool for a few minutes
