TOP TIP FOR ACCREDITATION
Our practice has systems that minimise the risk of healthcare associated infections
  • Practices need a team member with the primary responsibility for infection control
  • Practices need a written infection control policy
  • Practice staff need to be offered immunisation appropriate to their role
  • Practice staff require ongoing training in infection control processes

What our customers are saying ...
We talk about "take the pressure out of your life"! As we all know accreditation, without specialist help can be very stressful.

It is with heartfelt thanks and appreciation that I can recommend Medical Directions for future clients. You were articulate and proficient in the compilation of our Practice Manual and understood how important and imperative it was for me to get this right from the beginning as a newly established Medical Centre.

Yes!! We have had success and have been accredited for three years.
Thank you again - Elaine, Traralgon Victoria
