Heart Chakra & Air Element Master Class with Deb Bunnell

Open your heart and flow as a wind!
All Elements/Chakra classes will experience meditation, breathwork, mudras and yoga postures related to that element/chakra. We will also discuss how to find balance through various activities for each element/chakra. Yoga postures will be for all levels. Feel free to bring a notebook, but there will be a short handout for each element/chakra given at the end of class.

 A special 6 week series for girls only (9-14 yrs) 

Girls Yoga Empowerment wit Megan
Classes include physical yoga practice, mindfulness, relaxation and self exploration. Girls will learn yoga poses and other tools for managing stress, expressing emotions and connecting to their unique talents and gifts. The goal of this program is to create a safe and fun space for girls to develop self awareness, increase self esteem and create overall balance between physical and emotional wellness.
  Benefits of Yoga for Girls Include:
Enhances body awareness
Improves focus and concentration
Increases strength, flexibility and balance
Improves sleep habits and immune function
Boosts confidence and self esteem
Develops healthy stress management skills

Bring Your Mom to Yoga for FREE
We love when our students make yoga practice a family affair. And we are inviting you and your Mom to join us in any of the regularly scheduled yoga classes on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 10th. As a token of gratitude for moms patience, strength and love, we are happy to offer your Mom a free class on this day.

Women's Healing Circle with Beth Ann

Want to understand more about your body's inner landscape and know how to be more grounded, present in each moment, with healthy boundaries, more resilience, and more access to your creativity and joy?  In this introductory workshop, you will learn about body-energy awareness as well as techniques you can employ to become grounded and energetically full. 

 

Through lecture, experiential guided meditation, discussion and exercises you will explore:

  • establishing healthy boundaries
  • understanding your unique energy flow
  • facilitating self-healing and self-care
