After 12 years of enjoyment, our clients for this apartment moved to

 another city. They sold the condo and moved with the furniture.

We don't know what the new owners will retain, perhaps the layout,

ceiling height, built-inns, shell finishes and lighting, the kitchen and bathrooms. Maybe they will gut it all down and start from scratch!
