"WET BARS"

 HOME WET BARS
Why WET? For the convenience of having Water.
It is not Liquor or Wine but having an extra smaller kitchen area,
a place to rinse, have a refreshment and of course
an additional entertainment spot.

Black Bar
Buena Vista Deco, San Francisco, California.
Here we did not one but two wet Bars.
At the upper level one, we carved a corner space from a closet,
added a Port-Hole for light and placed the mini sink in the dead corner
Then we draped it to make it look more Romantic.

Buena Vista Deco, SF. At the lower level, we added a powder room under the stairs by the New Library, so we thought why not wash your hands at a Wet Bar.
We did both a basin for the powder and a sink for the Wet Bar, which
you can see here through the glass floor in the upstairs landing.

BAR
Hacienda on the Beach, Cancun, Mexico.
We relocated the laundry which didn't belong by the kitchen, gaining
a niche by the dining room, the perfect place for a Wet Bar.
We mirrored everything so you could enjoy the Ocean view
while sipping a Mescal.

Glass Town House, Mexico City.
Here we designed a place behind a Fireplace, and room for a sink.
The Porthole communicates privately with the kitchen

Pied-a-Terre, Belvedere-Tiburon, California.
The use is so seldom so we planned the Wet Bar  incorporated into a closet.
You open it when you are there and it disappears when you are gone.
ing business a real pleasure.

23rd. floor apartment,  Santa Fe, Distrito Federal, Mexico.
We uncovered a buried space. Their kitchen was too small so we added the
Wet Bar to help out and as there was no draining means, a pump takes up
drainage through the ceiling and across the hall to the kitchen.
This project is still in progress and not on our website.

The Design Solutions for the Wet Bars above are
