Spaces become neglected, you buy a place that needs help,
a new use or different lifestyle, so you come up with an idea

We designed the spaces below for dear clients, who all had
the need or a vision and kindly trusted us with their
most valuable material assets, their homes.

"Buena Vista Penthouse" Buena Vista Park, San Francisco, CA
BEFORE. The owners were Architectural Salvage collectors, so it was a good start.
AFTER. We replaced the closets with a built-in Library-wet Bar, introduced a Glass top- Floor in the next level, to visually communicate the two levels and add natural light. The Beautiful mirrored doors were used in the entrance hallway.

"Morgan Hill Taj", South San Francisco Bay, CA.
BEFORE. The Architect passed away so they called us to finish the interiors.
AFTER. We wanted the two level space, lower level Home office and upper
 level kids study to look like a full two level library.
We marbleized the columns (72) in the entire house .

SANTA FE. 22nd. floor apartment, Mexico City.
BEFORE. Credenza or buffet table and a blank wall.
AFTER. Signature wall cabinetry to help store and display.

Powder room-bath, Menlo Park, Silicon Valley, CA
BEFORE. The room needed help. She said "Do as you please but do it in pink"
AFTER. We incorporated a closet space, gutted the room down and replaced everything creating a "subtle perspective" a true revenge I hope.

Private Residence in Alamo, Contra Costa, Northern CA.
We did the Interiors for the 8000 sq. ft. home. AFTER. The client said this was her favorite BEFORE & AFTER, so we share with you.
 
Arbalo existing
Lake Merced, Townhouse. San Francisco, CA. In progress.
The plan is to replace the concrete staircase with a glass one
and flip the desk with the laundry closet and add a humidor.
We hope to complete it in the NEW YEAR and show you AFTER.
