Hey Coaches!
Hard to believe that this Sunday marks the end of the 2012-13 season. Thank you for everything you have done to make this season an unqualified success!
This Sunday is also the day for you to:
1 - Pick up your Trophies
2 - Drop off your Coach Bag
Below are location, times, and special instructions:
Time: 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Where: James Park Field House (on the far South West side of the park)
Please come to the field house BEFORE your last game. We will have tables organized by age (eg U05-U06 / U08-U10 / etc.)
2 - Give the volunteer your name and team number (eg U08 Team 10).
3 - The volunteer will check your player ratings in EAYSO.
4 - If everything looks good, the volunteer will hand over a box with trophies.
5 - Please look at them all to confirm that you have trophies for all your players - If you do not, please let your volunteer know. We have a process for ordering replacements and we know that there will be some missing.
6 - Please then hand in your Coach Bag and help us unload the various items into item-specific bins (pinnies, pumps, ice packs, keeper gloves, keeper jerseys, balls, cones and discs)
It would be super helpful if you sorted some of this stuff beforehand. If you do, in all likelihood you will be in and out in about 10 minutes.
We know that many Coaches will need first aid kits for the last game. Please either keep one on hand or have a parent come and get one when picking up the goals.
