AYSO PARENTS:

This Sunday games start at...Only kidding!

Thank you all for a wonderful Fall season! We are grateful to all of you for getting players to games and practices on time, juggling busy schedules, lugging obscene quantities of Capri Sun to the fields each week, etc!

The season has been a success thanks to the involvement of all of you, and we are grateful for your contributions. We hope that you and your young players had 8 fantastic weeks of soccer, and we look forward to seeing you out there in the spring.

Evanston AYSO will be busy during the off season, planning for Spring 2013 and beyond. Below are a few notes on ways in which you can help, the Spring 2013 Schedule, Wait List information, and a call for volunteers.

Don't forget to "Like" us on Facebook, and please don't hesitate to communicate with us during the winter break! We love to hear your feedback.

PARENTS - EAYSO IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE DATA YOU INPUT
Please take a few minutes to go into EAYSO and make sure that all of your contact information is up to date. We create our email lists and track phone numbers based on what is in the system. Please double check to make sure everything is accurate.

SPRING 2013 SCHEDULE:
The Spring Season will kick off on Sunday, April 14th, and the last game will be on Sunday, June 9th (before the D65 schools let out for the summer). There will NO GAMES Memorial Day weekend.

WAIT LIST FOR THE SPRING
We are compiling a wait list for the Spring. Some of you have told us that you have friends, neighbors, etc. who would like to get in on the the greatest sports organization in town.

If you know someone who would like to join AYSO for the Spring, please share this:

A form is located at  Evanston AYSO Spring 2013 Wait List  where they can request placement on the Waitlist.  We will contact them if a spot opens up (though it may not be until after April 20).

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

You wanted to coach or ref but couldn't make it work? You still want to volunteer with Evanston AYSO? Great! We have some ways for you to help:

AUDITOR: We are looking for a parent volunteer to act as our Auditor. If you have a background in accounting/auditing, and would like to help, please email us at commissioner@evanstonsoccer.org.

THE SHED:
Your Fearless Commish will be at the James Park Shed from (roughly) 11:15 to 11:45 Sunday morning. If you have collected items for the Lost and Found, or are missing something that you think may be at the Lost and Found, please feel free to drop by.

Thanks again Parents! It's been a wonderful Fall season for all of us!

Stay tuned for regular updates throughout the Fall/Winter. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have!

See you on the pitch!
