Rev. Harbison
Let me first of all thank you for all your support and prayers.  It is the love that I feel from you that reminds me what a wonderful congregation I've been called to serve.

A quick update as to my condition.  I still have a fever of unknown origin at least once every 24 hours. As I stated before I've been assured that I am not contagious.  I will continue to consult with the infectious disease doctor as well as other physicians to get to the bottom of this illness.

I want to thank the session and staff of St. Luke's for keeping the church moving forward while I've been out and I want to say a special thank you to Bill Wade for covering the pulpit during my absence. And I would be remiss if I didn't thank Jim Mayer for helping with visitation. It is my hope that I will be in the pulpit this Sunday; however, this is not a guarantee. But I know either way that with your continued prayers and support I will continue to get better and we as a congregation can move forward into the coming season of Easter.

Love,

The group is considering a Saturday in April for lunch. Watch the Wednesday Word for more information about date and place

A Closing Prayer

We come to you, for you are the God who knows us,
Who has promised to show us the way and who has nudged us that we might walk in it.
You are the companion of our journey and the goal toward which we move.
You are the God who has created all things and in whom all things consist and have their being.
Make us mindful of your presence today and always. Amen        By Robert D. Young from Let Us Pray
