Stewardship

Last Sunday was Stewardship Sunday, the day set aside to receive your pledges and offers of time and talents to assist the work of the church. Stewardship packets were mailed several weeks ago. Please take a moment to complete the pledge card and the time and talent forms. If you did not receive a packet, you can pick one up in the Narthex.  If you haven't turned in your pledges yet, please do so as soon as possible so our session can complete the 2016 budget.

Belle Campane

Our youth bell ensemble has a new name - Belle Campane (Beautiful Bells).  Their first performance on Sunday was stellar!  We are very proud of the great work they have done and look forward to hearing more from them in the future.  Thank you, Belle Campane, for sharing your gifts with us! Two of the photos above are from rehearsal before robes were added!

A Closing Prayer

Strengthen us, O God, in the power of your Spirit
to bring good news to the poor
and lift blind eyes to sight,
to loose the chains that bind
and claim your blessing for all people.
Keep us faithful in your service
until Christ comes in final victory,
and we shall feast with all your saints
in the joy of your eternal realm.

Through Christ, with Christ, in Christ,
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
all glory and honor are yours, almighty God,

now and forever. Amen.                                          from The Book of Common Worship
