A "Baby Shower" was held at the April 3, 2014 meeting of the Hamden Woman's Club. Ellie Gaetano, lst Vice President, asked members to bring new clothing and supplies and the response was wonderful. The recipient of the shower was Mary & Joseph's Place in North Haven. Mary Cornwall, a representative from that group, thanked the Club for their generosity. She also discussed the work they do with volunteers and private donations and answered questions from members.
The next meeting of the club will be the Installation Dinner or May 14, 2014 at The Playwright in Hamden. For reservations, call Marge at 203-281-0118.
