Getting closer to the goal all the time
The fundraising efforts for our project were given a boost at District 1 Day on April 23. The proceeds from the event plus the sale of raffle tickets enabled the clubs in District 1 to donate $860. This contribution will be added to the $4,000 already raised by GFWC/CT clubs throughout the state for the renovation of the facility in Bridgeport.
The purchase of new dining room furniture will support and enhance the much needed upgrades taking place.
The State Project committee wants to thank all our clubs in helping to raise the money through fundraising and donations. Our goal is to raise $7,000.
