At the Annual Benefit on November 17, Services for the UnderServed will honor its board chairman emeritus, Andrew Hurwitz.
As Chair, Andrew oversaw the organization's growth from $90 million to $180 million in just three years.  He moved mountains and now he's living among them in California -- returning east to receive the accolades he so deserves ...  

Join Us on Veterans Day
What is the one day a year that Services for the UnderServed (SUS) gives a giant salute and marches side by side with those that it serves and who have served? Answer: Veterans Day!
This November 11 parade is the largest celebration of veterans in the country and will be the fourth year that SUS has participated.

SUS Welcomes Home 63 New Yorkers
The day dawned bright and breezy as Services for the UnderServed (SUS) prepared to welcome its partners and friends to the housewarming of its Third Avenue Residence in the Bronx. This seven story, 63 apartment building has been recognized by the New York chapter of the American Institute of Architects in their Fall 2015 issue of the Oculus magazine, which described it as "a colorful new supportive housing project... a beacon in a sea of mostly monochromatic brick and vinyl-sided buildings."
