As expected in our last newsletter we have had an uptick in inquiries. When we last wrote we had 8 homes for sale; now we are down to 6!

| Tax Credit Could Save You $8000 |
 If you are a first time home buyer then there is a very good chance that you could qualify for the $8000 tax credit that is currently available. If you are looking to move up then you could take advantage of the $6500 tax credit.
We have three buyers taking advantage of this and we want to help you join them. To receive this credit you must have lived in your primary residence for five years or more. For both of these tax credits, buyers must be under contract (signed a Purchase & Sale) by April 30th and purchase the home by June 30th. If you are not under contract by this date then you will not be able to receive the $6500 or $8000 tax credit. However we can work with you to meet this Friday's deadline, just contact Richard. This Thursday's barbecue is a great opportunity to meet the neighbors. |
| Farm Ventures are...Growing! |
We have transplanted hundreds of the sprouts from the Common House basement to the veggie field. Neighbors continue to expand the field - tilling with our tractor and creating beds by hand. This weekend we will be setting up our "Hoop House." We received this greenhouse as part of a federal grant for agriculture. We also moved the chickens to summer quarters where they can enjoy lots of fresh grass and bugs! |
