Couch to Century
Join other riders who've decided to challenge themselves this season by joining the "Couch to Century" Facebook page. This group welcomes all ages and abilities, and is strictly at your pace/on your schedule. The goal is simple - by the end of the cycling season, we will ride a century. As the cycling season started, we found our personal 'baseline'....what we can handle at this point. Through encouragement and advice offered on the FB group page, and while riding with our cycling friends, we will improve our speed, skill, and endurance. Ideally, we will ride a century ride together during the June BRAG ride, and/or at Georgia Bikefest, October 12. Even if you find it difficult to make these events in person, join us in spirit and camaraderie on the page, and celebrate your century with us through pictures, posts, and comments!
