New Executive Chef at ERCC!
I am happy to announce that Erik J. Burr has joined the team at Ellington Ridge Country Club as the Executive Chef. Erik has extensive industry experience. Mr. Burr was most recently employed at Great River Golf Club and has worked at Mill River Country Club, Redding Country Club, the Patterson Club, Pistol Creek Golf Club and various upscale restaurants.
You will begin to see menu changes in the next couple of weeks. I certainly hope everyone joins me in welcoming Mr. Burr to Ellington Ridge Country Club. Remember, next Friday October 19, 2012 Ellington Ridge Country Club will hold an Oktoberfest celebration. Please bring the whole family to enjoy the fine food and be entertained by Dennis Goss, the one man band.

Contended on October 11 & 12, the first ERCC Women's Open attracted a full field and was enjoyed by all the participants.

Earthworm castings, an annual fall event on golf courses, are being treated in a variety of ways at Ellington Ridge. The "treatment" with the greatest effect was the cold weather last weekend, with no new castings seen in the past several days. |

The credits earned this season must be spent by the end of this month. Please come in to the Golf Shop early for the best selection.
