Opportunity is knocking

A great opportunity has been brought to my attention for those members who have need of additional office help. The Clackamas Community College Cooperative Work Experience needs area employers who are willing to give students the experience of working with them for 90 hours during the winter term (10 to 12 hours per week). The internships may be paid or unpaid.

The Chamber has benefited from a student in this program and I'm certain you would, too. Time is running out. If you are interested in this program, please give me a call by Friday at 503.654.7777, and I will pass your information along. The Community College seeks to give students the skills and real world experience needed to help area businesses. Here's a great way to find out what their students are learning and possibly even find a future employee.
