Bringing you more business

Your Chamber provides every member a copy of our "Community Resource Guide and Business Directory" (new addition coming later this summer) so you can find your fellow members.  You can also use the continually updated membership list on the Chamber website to find your fellow members.  We get numerous calls to the office and hits on our website from people looking for a particular product or service, and we refer them to Chamber members, like you.

Just joining the Chamber provides referral power.  According to a survey of 2,000 adults nationwide by the Shapiro Groups, when consumers know that a small business is a member of a chamber of commerce, they are 44% more likely to think of it favorably and 63% more likely to purchase goods or services from the company in the future.  So make sure to display your window sticker and plaque prominently.

Whether you have the time to attend Chamber events and/or be a volunteer on one of our action teams or not, know that Your Chamber is working for you - bringing you more business.

The program works by offering incentives to businesses who hire previously injured workers, also called preferred workers. Scissor lifts such as the one to the right is one example of equipment available to modify worksites in order to meet the limitations a preferred worker may have.
