President's Message
David A. Kelly, President & CEO
Showing interest in education
Mother's Day weekend had me spending a lot of time thinking about my youth, as this was the first Mother's Day since my Mom passed. Mom and I did a lot of fun things together, but we also worked hard together. From elementary school through high school, she was always there to quiz me to make sure I had the material down. Not all kids are so fortunate.
On Wednesday, May 22, Superintendent of North Clackamas Schools Matt Utterback will be the keynote speaker at the Education Forum Luncheon. He will talk about the ways the business community has and can help students be successful. This is a critical relationship between the two most important elements of any community. Just as my Mom showed an interest in my education, please join us for a wonderful lunch at the Sabin-Schellenberg Center and show an interest in the kids in our community.
