Awesome Opportunity
The North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce puts on a number of events throughout the year, but rarely do we have a panel of local business owners as esteemed as the one that will present at next Wednesday's Forum Luncheon. Bob's Red Mill, Powell's Book Store, and Dave's Killer Bread are names we all know. Wouldn't it be cool to gain some insight into the business planning and decisions of these companies?
That is the opportunity you have right now. If you are a family owned business, this is a CAN'T MISS event. For the rest of us who are simply interested in how successful businesses operate, next Wednesday's Forum Luncheon is an exciting opportunity to gain insights from these three local case studies. Time is running out. Register by this Friday!

New Century Players fall show
In this delightful comedy, THE CURIOUS SAVAGE by John Patrick, Mrs. Savage has been left ten million dollars by her husband and wants to make the best use of it, in spite of the efforts of her grown-up stepchildren to get their hands on it. These self-seeking stepchildren commit her to a sanatorium hoping to "bring her to her senses". Aided and abetted by the wonderful characters who also reside in this genteel, not-quite asylum, Mrs. Savage leads them on a merry chase, reminding all that the neglected virtues of kindness and affection have not been entirely lost. Directed by Todd Tschida, the performances will be held on November 9, 10, 15, 16, 17 at 7:30pm and on November 11 and 18 at 2:00pm at the Rex Putnam Blackbox Theater, 4950 SE Roethe Road, Milwaukie, OR 97267. Tickets are available online. For more information, call 503-367-2620.
