Knowing God Intimately - Connecting with Others - Serving the Body - Changing the World
 Dear Friends,

This weekend, we will be focusing on global missions. We have the privilege of having Rev. Tim Meier as our guest speaker. Tim serves the C&MA as the Director of Envision, which seeks to identify and develop future missional leaders who innovate, establish, and strengthen communities of faith in key urban environments around the world. I know you'll be encouraged and challenged as Tim shares what the Lord is doing through Envision. I'm so thankful to be a part of a movement of Christians that intentionally and aggressively seeks to share the gospel of Jesus Christ!

Hope Church has the joy of being the sending church for Brandon and Stephenie Noel, who were recently approved as international workers by the C&MA national leadership. They will be sharing with us their plans to serve in Indonesia beginning next January. You will have the opportunity to connect with them after each of our worship times.

Please keep praying for Jeff and Nicole Doeringer. Jeff and Nicole will begin ministry here next month, and they are currently still looking for housing. If you have any leads, especially homes for sale by owner, please let us know.

This weekend marks the 7th anniversary of the start of Hope Church! We officially launched on September 20, 2009. We will take some time next weekend, September 24 and 25, to remember what the Lord has done over these last seven years, and also look ahead to the next steps God has for us as a church family.

I'm thankful for you!
