Dear Friends

Today we received this urgent request for prayer from the CLAAS team in Pakistan:

Dear Friends,

We are grieved to inform you that Younis Masih victim of blasphemy (presently confined in District Jail MianWali). He is in prison since eight years, under death sentence. Today afternoon CLAAS was informed by the Jail Authority that younis Masih got a severe heart attack and immediately shifted to the Civil Hospital MianWali.

You are strongly requested to pray for the full recovery of Younis Masih and safety of his life from Muslim militants as we have experiences that Blasphemy victims were killed in the hospitals by their guards/police constables during their medical treatments.  CLAAS is dealing his legal case and his case hearing in fixed for Jan 17, 2013.
