"I arrived on a Saturday around 11:00 a.m. and the representative was wonderful. She took her time, explained everything in a detail so I understood. She was a pleasure to work with. I would certainly recommend The Dime Bank."

Whether it's promising free or discounted trips, posting phony rental listings, or telling timeshare sellers they've got a buyer lined up, scammers are working to get a cut of your hard-earned travel money.

The Dime Bank employees held an annual bake sale to raise money for The American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. All funds collected are put towards The Dime Bank's Relay for Life team's fundraising efforts. The bake sale raised over $1,500! Thank you to all who baked, businesses who donated baked goods for sale, and of course, those who came in and bought the baked goods to support this important cause! The Relay for Life event will take place at the Wallenpaupack Area High School stadium from May 14th through May 15th starting at 10:00 a.m. The Relay theme this year is Walking Through Decades and The Dime Bank team will be walking for 24 hours. Hope to see you there!

The Dime Bank employees held another jean day to benefit St. Baldrick's Foundation. Did you know that more children are lost to cancer in the U.S. than any other disease? In fact, more than any other childhood disease combined. Every three minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer worldwide. As a team we raised $781.00 for this important cause. This year's
head-shaving event will take place on May 21st at the Forest Volunteer Fire Department. Please visit https://www.stbaldricks.org/events/mypage/11256/2016
