News

On May 14th and May 15th, The Dime Bank will be a part of the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.  This is a life changing event in which the community helps to raise funds to fight the battle against cancer.  This year's teams, including The Dime Bank's team, will walk or run for a twenty-four hour period at the Lake Wallenpaupack Area High School.  It's a day to honor those that have won or lost the battle against cancer.  It's also a day for comfort, support and fun. As the presenting sponsor, The Dime Bank donated $3,000.00 and The Dime Bank's Relay Team is busy raising additional funds for this year's event.
"The Dime Bank has been an exceptional partner for The American Cancer Society, and particularly for The Relay For Life of The Greater Lake Region.  Every year The Dime Bank team is one of our top fundraising teams, they are our longtime presenting sponsor, and their employees are tremendous relayers and people who bring passion and positivity to our event year after year. The Dime Bank and its employees are a huge part of Relay and we're constantly grateful for all they do" said Ryan Schofield, community manager East Central Division, Relay For Life. The Dime Bank directors and staff are proud to support the community in the fight against cancer.
