IMPORTANT! New Dial My Dime Access Information
Effective February 17, 2016

On February 17th, our Dial My Dime telephone banking system will be enhanced with new menu options. To access our Dial My Dime system, please use our toll-free number 866-DIAL-MY-DIME (866-342-5693) as the local number 570-253-6000 will no longer be available. Listen carefully when you call as the menu options have changed. Your PIN will transfer to the upgraded system, and we do not anticipate a disruption of service.
To assist you with our new Dial My Dime system, we have created an easy reference guide which will be e-mailed on February 17th. Some of the enhanced features are voice recognition and the ability to have account information e-mailed to the e-mail address attached to your Dime Bank customer information file. We are confident that you will find the new system very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
If you have issues accessing or using Dial My Dime, please call us at 570-253-1970. Once you get used to our new and improved Dial My Dime system, we're sure that you'll enjoy the enhanced features!

| We began our 2016 fundraising calendar with a very special kickoff dress down day to benefit American Cancer Society. The Dime Bank will once again have a team at the Greater Lake Region Relay event on May 14-15, 2016. More information on the event will come in later newsletters however, please save the date! President and Chief Executive Officer Gary Beilman was proud to announce three employee anniversaries at yesterday's Dimeco, Inc. Board meeting. Donna Young and Nancy Lavenduski have been with The Dime Bank for thirty years and Stacey Williams has been with the bank for twenty-five years of service. Stacey (pictured first next to Gary) began her career in January of 1991 as a teller and is now the assistant branch manager at our Lake Region branch.

Total assets of $613,352,000 at December 31, 2015 represented a slight increase of $1,919,000 from the balance at the end of 2014.
