Grant Reimbursement Helps Employees Earn Six Sigma


Community Connections has been awarded a $75,000 grant from the Bluegrass State Skills Corporation (BSSC) to improve and promote workforce development efforts for Kentucky residents in the areas of manufacturing, healthcare, and service.  
The grant will allow NKU to partner with the Northern Kentucky Training Consortium to provide training and professional development opportunities to companies and employees in these industries to improve job retention and career advancement.


Interested in 50% training reimbursement?



Employee Reimbursement Qualifications:

  • Must be a KY state resident
  • Seeking or obtained, permanent, full-time employment
  • Earn at least $10.88/hr. plus benefits
  • Work in manufacturing, healthcare or service industries
  • Employer must be a member of the NKY Training Consortium
