Advance your career and academic decision making, job interviewing skills and self-knowledge with this interactive workshop for students in grades 10, 11 and 12. First discover your core strengths and abilities by identifying key successes in this small group process led by trained facilitators. With this self-knowledge as a foundation, create a narrative inventory to practice communicating your specific talents and skills in real life situations. The Dependable Strengths Articulation Process (DSAP) is an intervention that increases a person's self-esteem, motivation to achieve, and responsible behavior. DSAP allows students to learn from success and recognize their potential. The thought behind this process is "Find out what you did right, so you can be sure to do it again."
